The
PixelGenius Web Forums Login Info
The PixelGenius
Forums are for the use of PixelGenius customers
only. If you have received the instructions for logging into the PG
Forums, you should
be able to access the forums. We have hundreds
of users already using the forums so if you are having difficulties,
the odds are you may
be doing something wrong.
The first area to look at if you are having difficulties is the forum login. The
web directory where the PG Forums live is itself, password protected. Only
those people who have received the forum login information will be able to access
the forums. When logging into the forum site the first time, you will see the
following dialog:

You
will need to enter the login ID and password
exactly as provided. Note, if you've already
logged in and registered, you will STILL
need to use the original login ID and password
and NOT your personal User Name and Password.
If you receive the following notice, you
have not entered the correct login ID and
password.

You
will need to enter the original login
ID and password exactly.
Depending on
your web browser and operating system, you may
need to enter this information every time you
login. If you have your browser set to accept
cookies you should not need to re-enter the login
ID and password. You can set your browser preferences
to accept cookies from specific sites:

Set
your browser to accept cookies from the 'forums.pixelgenius.com'
domain. This will allow your browser to remember
your login ID and password. If for any reason
you clear your browser's cookies,
such as an update or you are logging on from
a different computer, you will need to re-enter
the forum login ID and password.
Once
you log on to the forum web site, you will need to register as
a new user.
